Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery is free on every order, and every order is tracked.

Delivery times

Sets ship from a warehouse in the United States. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and arrive within 4 to 10 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Packing

Acrylic tiles are packed to travel. If anything arrives broken, chipped or missing, see our refund policy: send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Taxes

Sales tax is added at checkout where your state requires it. Because sets ship from within the US, there are no import duties to pay on delivery.

Following your order

You'll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk folder, then email us at support@tilesundays.com with your order number.

Where we don't ship

We don't ship outside the United States at the moment.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@tilesundays.com. After that your set will already be on its way, and it can be returned once it arrives.
